We put her in a show within 6 weeks and she ended up winning 1st in
the Figure Masters and Overall. How's that for a first show. She also went on
to win 1st in the rest of the fall shows that season. In the Spring
of 2004, she decided to start competing in the Tall class for Figure and also
in Fitness where she got 2nd in the Fitness Tall class at the
Emerald Cup. 
That summer, she competed in the Masters Figure Nationals and
got 2nd in her class and ended the 2004 season with an amazing 4th
place finish at the Fitness Nationals in her class. She was 2 placings away
from turning pro.
Michele is my client of the month because she does it all and doesn't let age
and anything else hold her back. She is 41 years old and still tumbles like an
elite gymnast. 
She also plays soccer and supports her son Garret in his many activities. She
works full-tine at Boeing and drives up from Federal Way once a week to train
with me at Max Muscle. She manages to compete and put serious work into
her improvements while giving her energy to encouraging others. She is a
great mother, friend and athlete. What a great role model and source of
inspiration.
