I am excited to share with you my faith in God. I believe that HE sent his only begotten son, Jesus Christ to die for us so that we may have salvation. JOHN 3:16 And I believe that if you accept Him as your Lord and Savior, that you will be saved and come to know what real love is. This is GOOD NEWS folks!

I've come to believe that my life-driven purpose is to minister God's love through my involvement with fitness.

As a trainer, competitor and spokesperson, I am in contact with people daily who want to know how to be more fit and stay in shape. I am passionate to teach what I know, but I am evem more excited to show those with the desire how to develop their spiritual fitness.
